Iatrogenic Ulnar Nerve Palsy Post Supracondylar K-Wire Insertion: Case Report and Review of Literature

Abstract: Ulnar nerve damage is a recognised complication of Kirschner wires (K-wire) pinning of supracondylar fractures, and can occur as an iatrogenic consequence of surgery in up to 20% of patients.
